Getting to your preferences:
After signing in, you'll arrive at the Studio Dashboard. Click on "Your Name @ Studio Name" on the title bar at the top and select Preferences in the drop-down list to open Blueprint Settings:
Here's a quick run-down covering some of the different sections that you can setup in your preferences:
Enter in your studio's contact information* such as Name, Address, and your Studio's Website. You can also enter a description of your studio as well as the email address your order invoices will come from.
*This info be used later throughout the system so be sure to keep it up-to-date!
Here's where you can review your membership details at any time; like your rates and fees. You can also renew your Blueprint membership or contact a Product Support Specialist. Don't forget to give them your Customer ID (circled below).
Roles & Permissions
Since we don't charge for number of installs or users, that means you can have your whole studio using Blueprint; but that doesn't mean everyone should see everything in Blueprint!

Create as many roles as needed and edit them here to fine-tune who in your studio has access to what features. From Assistant Studio Manager to Quality Assurance, you can create a role for just about anything!
There's no additional charges for users. It's a best practice to give everyone their own account. Any user you create can have their roles assigned to them here. You can also limit their access to specific Jobs.

Choose your payout frequency and set the minimum amount needed to reach before your net revenue is deposited into your bank account. Don't forget to fill out and turn in an IQ Direct Deposit Form. You can download an additional form from this tab in the app or by using the button below.
Here is where you can customize specific account-level options for your Online Shopping Cart. You can add your Studio's logo as well as disable basic image editing from the customer. Be sure to add your Studio's Gallery Link (the URL circled below) to your website for customers to easily access their pictures from your website!
Here is where you can customize how Blueprint should add images to your job from your hot folder when doing a tethered shoot.* You can also configure Blueprint to apply an automatic aspect ratio to each image added to a job from this device.**
* Tethered workflow is a Smart Workflow add-on
** Automatic aspect ratio is on and set to 8x10 crop on all devices by default
Specify a printer hot folder to have applicable printer models automatically print as new images are added to the folder. Useful for printing ID cards, Order Forms, Proof Sheets, etc.
