With the latest Workflow/PLIC integration updates, your yearbook pose selections made in Workflow can be synced automatically to Captura's PLIC applications, including Yearbooks and School Portal.
The yearbook pose for a subject can be selected or removed from Workflow, and changes will reflect in Yearbooks/School Portal shortly after. It may take a few minutes for changes to sync between apps.
Note: that at this time, Captura Yearbooks and School Portal only support a single yearbook image selection per student/subject. Workflow supports up to 2 poses per subject, so when using this feature keep in mind that only the first yearbook selection will carry over into Captura's PLIC products.
