How do I setup Stripe?
To start, look for the prompt below after signing in and click Create Account:

Creating a new Stripe account
Please take a moment to fill out all requested information in the Stripe portal. Be sure to fill out as much information as possible to minimize any payout delays and to prevent your account from being deactivated due to missing information:

After submission, your account will be pending verification from Stripe.
You can start taking orders once your account has been verified.
What happens next?
Stripe will continue to verify your account over the next 7 business days to help prevent fraud. During this phase, you may be asked to provide more information in your account. Blueprint will notify you if any information is missing from your account:

Getting your first payout with Stripe
What does the payout schedule look like?
We created some graphics to help visualize the process of getting your first payout:
For US customers:
Stripe offers daily payouts to your registered bank account or debit card.
The first payout will start on a business day approx. 48 hours after the first order.
Orders received over the (Fri-Sun) weekend will payout on the following Tuesday.
US customers also have access to instant payouts. Instant payouts deposit all funds in your account within a few hours for a small fee of 1.5%.
Instant payout restrictions:
Debit card setup required (under your account's Payout Details).
Your balance must be greater than $1.00.
Payout amount cannot exceed $9,999.00 (due to IRS regulation).
For CA customers:
7-day hold (due to banking regulations).
Stripe offers daily payouts to your registered bank account.
First payout begins on a business day approximately 7 days after your first order.
FAQs on Stripe + Blueprint
Can I use a pre-existing Stripe account with Blueprint?
No, you must create a new account by launching Stripe directly from Blueprint and following the signup process. You cannot use an already existing account created from Stripe.
How do I manage the Stripe account?
In Blueprint, open Preferences => Payouts. Click View account to access your Stripe portal. You can do things like:
View recent payouts
Update linked bank account or debit cards
Update personal and business details
Add authorized users to help manage your Stripe account
How can I limit who has access to Stripe?
We've added a new Permission Set, Payout Management, to let you control who has access to the Stripe portal:
Able to see Payouts under Preferences and see current balance.
Able to launch connected account portal (direct stripe link).
Able to Instant Payout Now (US Customers with linked debit card only).
Can I still delete cash/check orders?
Smart Workflow customers with cash/check orders can run into 3 possible scenarios:
Orders entered but not synced can be deleted as if never entered.
Orders synced with a status of new can be deleted ("status is set as Archived").
Orders synced with a status other than new cannot be deleted.
Are the fees ImageQuix collects on orders also refunded?
Full refunds will credit back the entire order, including commission and fees (usually within 3-5 business days). Partial refunds will credit back a proportionate amount of collected commission and fees to the rate returned.
Can I refund customers who ordered online with Blueprint?
Orders processed with Stripe can be refunded by the studio using Blueprint. Check out this article to learn more:
