Before You Begin:
Make sure you:
✅ Know which image services you’re offering (e.g., basic retouching, brace removal)
✅ Have pricing ready for each service
✅ Understand that you (the studio) will be the one fulfilling these services
Setting Up in Captura Workflow
Step 1: Access the Image Options Area
1. From the Welcome dashboard, click My Designs
2. Select Options
3. Click on Image Options
Step 2: Create a Retouching Category
1. Click Create Category
2. Name the category something like: `Retouching`
3. Add your different retouching service types under this category
Step 3: Choose How Customers Select Retouching Services
You can offer retouching in one of two ways, either as a simple toggle (yes/no) or a selection with multiple options. Follow the setup below for either Option 1 or Option 2, depending on your preferred format:

Use a Toggle Option if you only need a simple Yes/No answer. Example: “Would you like retouching?”
Use a Selection Option if you're offering multiple types of retouching. Example: “Please select your type of retouching” with options like Basic, Brace Removal, or Combo
Choose the one that fits your service offerings best. You only need to set up one!
Option 1: Add a Toggle Option (Yes/No Choice)
1. Navigate to the Retouching category
2. Click Add Option
3. Choose Toggle Option
4. Name the option- e.g., 'Would you like retouching?'
5. Assign a price
6. Click Sync to save
Option 2: Add a Selection Option (Multiple Choice)
1. Navigate to the Retouching category
2. Click Add Option
3. Choose Selection Option
4. Name the option -e.g., 'Please select your type of retouching'
5. Choose whether the field is mandatory or optional
6. Click on Selections and add the following choices:
- No, thank you → set price to $0
- Basic retouching → standard price
- Brace removal → set your custom price
- Combo option (e.g., both services) → bundle price
Note: Download original image option - If you need to knock out the original image after the order comes in, make sure you tick this option.

Step 5: Finalize Settings
1. Double-check all prices and labels
2. Click the blue Sync button to save and apply changes
