Creating and Using Image Attributes in Captura Workflow

Image attributes in Captura Workflow allow you to categorize and filter your images efficiently during the image editing process. Follow the steps below to create and apply image attributes within Captura Workflow:

Step 1: Create a New Image Attribute

1. Click your name at the top right and select Preferences.

2. Navigate to the Image Attributes section.

3. Click Add Attribute.

4. Enter a name for your new attribute.

5. Click Create to save it.

Step 2: Apply Image Attributes to Job Images

1. Open the relevant Job and go to the Images tab.

2. Select the images you want to tag.

3. Apply the desired Image Attribute to each selected image by selecting it in the right-hand attributes menu.

4. Click Sync

Step 3: Filter Images by Attribute

1. Click the Filter button in the Images tab.

2. Under Filters, select Custom Attributes (in the images column) from the drop-down menu.

3. Choose the attribute you created to display only the images tagged with the attribute.
