Why Use the Attach Marketing Wizard?

How It Works: Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the Marketing Tab

From the Marketing Campaigns landing page, you have two easy ways to get started:

  • Click the Attach button at the top-right corner.

  • Or, click the Attach button next to a campaign showing “0” jobs assigned.

Both options will launch the Attach Marketing Wizard and take you right to job selection.

2. Filter Your Jobs Like a Pro

No more endless scrolling. Use the Search by Job Data tool to laser-focus your search.

Filter your jobs based on job settings, connected price sheets, job dates, # of views, # of images, and more!

Apply your filters, click Search, and instantly see only the jobs that match your criteria.


3. Review and Select the Right Jobs

The wizard will display a results table featuring jobs that fit your filters.

Use checkboxes to select your jobs. Easily toggle between:

  • Jobs: View all jobs returned by your search.

  • Chosen Jobs: Quickly review the jobs you've selected so far.

Once you’ve made your selections, click Next.


4. Double-Check Your Selections

Before locking things in, you’ll see a Ready to Attach summary:

  • Click Edit next to Campaigns to revisit your campaign choices.

  • Click Edit next to Selected Jobs to adjust your job list.

This is your moment to fine-tune and make sure everything looks perfect.


5. Attach and Watch the Magic Happen

When you’re ready, click Attach to link your selected jobs to the campaign.

A status banner will pop up at the top right, letting you know the job attachment is underway — no need to stop what you’re doing. Feel free to keep working in Workflow! Once complete, you’ll get a confirmation with a timestamp.
