Sub Accounts for students

When creating users you can now select what type of user account you wish to create. Sub Accounts are for students who do not have an email address to create an account. These accounts will only exist within PLIC Books. Both your Studio users or School Advisors will be able to create Sub Accounts. Sub Accounts will require the presence of a PLIC School Advisor on the School Organization in order to work.
